Privacy Policy for Prompt Video

Prompt Video is operated by Yalin Kaan Senol in Türkiye. This policy explains what information the app uses and what happens to it. Questions can be sent to kaan@kaanse.com.

What we collect

To run Prompt Video, we process:

• Account information, such as your account ID, email address, sign-in provider, and session information.
• Your content, including prompts, conversations, uploaded reference images, generation settings, generated images and videos, gallery information, and feature requests.
• Purchase information, such as products, subscriptions, entitlements, and credit balances. Apple handles payments, and we never receive your full card details.
• Basic technical information, such as request and generation IDs, IP address, app and device information, errors, rate-limit counters, and short-lived Live Activity push tokens.

The app accesses your camera or photo library only when you choose those features and give iOS permission. Anything you share through the iOS share sheet goes to the person or service you select.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the app: creating and securing your account, running the creative agent, generating and storing media, showing your gallery, processing purchases and credits, sending Live Activity updates and preventing abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party ads or share your information with advertising networks.

Services we use

Prompt Video relies on a small number of outside services:

• Supabase for accounts, the database, realtime updates, and file storage.
• OpenAI for the creative agent and conversation processing.
• Replicate for image and video generation.
• RevenueCat and Apple for purchases and subscriptions.
• Apple and Google for sign-in, depending on the option you choose.
• Apple Push Notification service for Live Activity updates.
• Upstash for short-lived rate limits and usage counters.
• Railway and Cloudflare for hosting, network delivery, and security.

How long we keep it

Your account, conversations, generation records, and saved media stay available until you delete the relevant item or your account.

Operational logs are normally kept for up to seven days. OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring data for up to 30 days by default. Replicate normally removes API inputs, outputs, files, and logs after about one hour; completed media is copied to our own storage so it remains in your gallery.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider backups, security records, or records we must keep by law.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual uploads and generations in the app. You can also use Delete Account in Settings to delete your account, usage data, and files from our active systems.

You may also email kaan@kaanse.com to ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information.

Security

We use authenticated access, private storage, database access controls, encrypted connections, time-limited media links, rate limiting, and restricted service credentials. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Children

Prompt Video is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app or its providers change. The latest version will always appear here with its effective date.
